Custom School Group Expeditions

World Youth Adventures works closely with both government and non-government secondary schools to offer students an unforgettable and life changing adventure travel experience.

Your school group adventure may include an element of physical activity, such as trekking or cycling, and this may be combined with a Service Learning component, typically a Community Project, that benefits an underprivileged community in a developing country.

We appreciate that you already have a job to do, that's why we help you every step of the way - from designing the right trip at the right budget, preparing information sessions for students and parents, handling questions, enquiries and risk assessments and even providing a white label online booking links - with your schools logo on it - to collect information and payment.

Teachers from your school will accompany the fully supervised adventure, and they are supported by a professional crew of local guides and staff and private vehicles. Every school has different requirements of how many teachers they need to send, we can guide you on the best teacher to student ratio to ensure you offer a safe experience.

Drawing on the extensive operational reach and experience of our parent company, World Expeditions, World Youth Adventures is able to develop itineraries for students to the world's most exciting destinations on every continent on earth.

Browse our destinations to get an idea of where you can travel to. If a country is not listed, talk to us.

Our core philosophy has always been to get out of the bus and explore the destination under your own steam - and kids have plenty of that! Our aim is to find safe routes that are away from busier trails - and crowds - so that students can immerse themselves into an authentic experience.

Activities that you can incorporate into your next School Group Adventures include:

  • Trekking or day walks
  • Cycling
  • Rafting
  • Wildlife Safaris
  • Community Projects
  • Kayaking/canoeing
  • Basic navigation
  • Cultural Tourism
