This morning after breakfast, there will be a trip briefing and a brief Thai Language lesson. The group then transfers to take a Muay Thai Lesson for 1:30 hours. Arrive at Chiang Mai Thai Boxing Gym where the group will meet a professional coach and watch a “Wai Khru” or “Ram Muay” performance, followed by Muay Thai fighting. Students will then learn the technique when they take part in the lessons. Lunch is taken at a local restaurant and at 1pm we transfer to the mountain biking shop for preparations then we take a bus transfer to the top of Doi Suthep where we are greeted with incredible views over Chiang Mai city and we explore one of northern Thailand's most sacred temples. At the starting point for our bike ride we make final preparations on the bikes. Beginners enjoy a thorough safety briefing and a test ride confirms ride and equipment are ready. The first part of the trip to the coffee plantation helps us to evaluate your riding ability. We continue training you in downhill riding techniques. The jeep track leads through large tree growth and the cooler temperature becomes very pleasant with the wind blowing in our faces. We take in the forest sounds and our full concentration sharpens our senses. At times the steep downhill terrain keeps us on our toes. At the first resting point at the Coffee Plantation, home of the Arabic Coffee, we enjoy the beautiful views of Chiang Mai and the Plantations below. The Hmong People here tend to their hillside farmland granted by the National Park. With plenty of viewpoints and puddles to challenge we ride towards Lake Huay Tueng Tao at the base of Doi Pui Mountain. At the lake we stop for a break with a snack and cold drink and the local ‘in-season’ fruit. From this rest point we can glance at the mountain that just gave us a 4000-foot elevation drop, before we return to Chiang Mai by vehicle. We return to the hotel, and freshen up for dinner at a local restuarnat. Accommodation: Charme Hotel, Chiang Mai

The rafting experience ranges from relaxing to exciting on the Wang River. We return to Chiang Mai where dinner will be taken in a nearby restaurant. Accommodation: De Charme Hotel, Chiang Mai

Today is jam-packed with activity and fun in the shape of biking and kayaking. We are collected from the hotel and taken to get fitted for bikes and also to undertake a safety course. We cycle 10kms through villages, passing fruit farms and rice fields, arriving at the Royal Ping Garden and Resort, where we enjoy a restaurant lunch and time to relax before an afternoon of kayaking on the Ping River. Our day of activity ends when we transfer back to the hotel. In the evening we enjoy a Khantoke dinner with traditional performance shows. Accommodation: De Charme Hotel, Chiang Mai

This morning our drivers and guide will pick up you from the hotel to take you to the Elephant Nature Park - a natural home and sanctuary for elephants, buffalo, dogs, cats, birds and many other rescued animals. Upon arrival at the Elephant Nature Park you will be greeted by the staff and given an introduction to learn about their program and hear the personal stories of rescued and orphaned elephants. See how they became a proud herd and free from abuse for the first time in their lives. We enjoy a vegetarian buffet lunch of Asian and International dishes. The group walks with staff and the elephants (no riding) to the river that skirts the park. You can watch the elephants bathe and play, while you stay dry on the riverbank. Early in the afternoon it's time for goodbyes to the elephants and to Elephant Nature Park before the hour-long drive back to Chiang Mai. We have dinner at local restaurant.
